As the client reviews our portfolio, we collect the required information. At that time, the client becomes aware of our vast range of services and designs. They also begin to understand the need for making this a state of the art show room. We answer any questions and try to explain as much as possible.

From there, we provide a project scope based bid. Upon acceptance, the process begins and generally takes between 3 to 5 weeks. The first step after acceptance is providing sketches to the client for design options. Once a design is selected, preparation of the construction documents begins. These documents detail the actual architectural specs. to scale and are the plans that will be followed.

Once construction begins, Evan personally oversees all aspects of material selection, installation and construction. In addition to frequent surprise site inspections, Evan has personally crafted his "construction methodology" standards that exceed any industry recommendations. Design Build requires all contractors involved to be acquainted with them as well as committed to strict adherence. Noncompliance can be grounds for immediate dismissal.

Obviously, Design Build has been defining and pushing the limits of wine cellars as a fixture in the well appointed home. Why not consider adding your home to their portfolio, and at the same time, creating a personal space for your collection. After all, that's what collecting is all about.
